Photos: Class of 2025 Makes Little Building Home
First-year students gleefully moved into the dormitories this week. The exuberant Emerson orientation move-in staff came ready to help with carts, direct traffic, answer questions, and smile (behind masks).

The move-in team shows off their style, including construction site vests, tutus, and more. 
Move-in staff met first-year students as soon as they stepped out. 
First-year students moved into the Little Building on August 23, 2021. 
Boylston Street was abuzz with activity as students moved in. 
Emerson College IT lion magnets were handed out. 
The Little Building actually houses Emerson College’s largest dormitory. 
Carts were filled to the brim with all of the necessities. 
We love to see Emerson College parents sporting their lion pride. 
Parents were happy to help their children move in. 
Orientation move-in team members trucked carts up Tremont Street. 
Orientation staff donned face masks while helping. 
Move-in team members were ready and rearing to help.
Here are some statistics about the class of 2025, which has set a record for enrollment and diversity at Emerson College:
- 1,060 first-year undergraduate students
- 28% domestic students of color
- 15% international students
- Students are from 47 states, plus Puerto Rico and Washington, D.C.
- Students are from 30 countries, plus Hong Kong and Macau
