WLP Assistant Professor Rajiv Mohabir Wins Restless Books Prize for New Immigrant Writing

Writing, Literature & Publishing Assistant Professor Rajiv Mohabir has been named the winner of the Restless Books Prize for New Immigrant Writing. Mohabir won the 2019 nonfiction prize for Antiman, which will be published by Restless Book in the summer of 2021.

LitHub.com describes Antiman as a, “…hybrid memoir that blends essays and poetry and explores the author’s experiences as a Indo-Guyanese queer poet and immigrant to the United States.”
