Hollingworth’s 50 years honored
Numerous Emerson faculty members were recognized September 3 for significant years of service to the College.
For the first time this year, Emerson’s new vice president for academic affairs, Michaele Whelan, included awards for part-time faculty members.
The ceremony was held at the Bobbi Brown and Steven Plofker Gym in Piano Row as part of Emerson’s all-day Faculty Institute event.
The most notable recognition went to Ted Hollingworth, associate professor in the Communication Studies Department, who has been a faculty member for 50 years.
