Fashion fundraiser for cancer research

The Alpha Epsilon Phi sorority will hold its ninth annual Ribbons on the Runway fundraiser this Sunday, March 24, at the Ritz-Carlton Boston Common Ballroom to benefit Sharsheret, an organization that helps women with breast and ovarian cancer.

There will be a fashion show and a silent auction with prizes that include a stay at the Ritz-Carlton, tickets to theatrical performances, a Vermont ski trip package, and various gift certificates to local restaurants and stores.

The event is from 4:00 to 7:00 pm. Tickets are still on sale at $15 for adults and $10 for students.
