Students will work with community organizations throughout the school year, intersession, and outside the normal academic calendar.
The renewable grant includes free training in a treatment approach called “SPEAK OUT,” and therapy supplies.
“It’s not sci-fi. It’s literally science,” Reiken said.
Grant has taken a new role as Director of Student Success, Access, and Belonging, where he’ll help students to feel fully a part of the Emerson community, no matter their individual circumstances.
The Excellence Program was launched by Sean Combs and Endeavor Impact to expand opportunities for the next generation of entertainment industry leaders, particularly those from underrepresented communities.
