Today, as you reflect on the life and legacy of Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., take some time to reflect on this sermon that illustrated his servant leadership and foreshadowed the importance of living on purpose with a purpose. One lesson we can take from his life and this sermon is that we need to balance living with life. If you believe that life is indeed a gift, then what we do with our lives can also be a gift.
After consulting with the LA County Department of Public Health, anyone that has received a laboratory-confirmed (PCR test) positive COVID-19 test result within the last 90 days will be exempt from our weekly PCR testing.

To help accommodate as many people as possible in our testing protocol this month, Tufts Medical Center will be open for PCR testing for Emerson community members each Saturday for the month of January ONLY.
Over the last several weeks, the College has remained in close consultation with public health and local officials, and we remain confident that we can begin classes in-person as planned and maintain the health and safety of our community members.
Due to heating issues at the Emerson/TMC test center, it will CLOSE and testing will STOP at 2:00 pm January 11.
As you know, the Omicron variant of COVID-19 has required us to maintain our vigilance to ensure the health and safety of our community as we continue operations on the Boston campus.
