Photos: Class of 2025 Makes Little Building Home

First-year students gleefully moved into the dormitories this week. The exuberant Emerson orientation move-in staff came ready to help with carts, direct traffic, answer questions, and smile (behind masks).

Here are some statistics about the class of 2025, which has set a record for enrollment and diversity at Emerson College:

  • 1,060 first-year undergraduate students
  • 28% domestic students of color
  • 15% international students
  • Students are from 47 states, plus Puerto Rico and Washington, D.C.
  • Students are from 30 countries, plus Hong Kong and Macau
