Alums Take Home Tonys for Schmigadoon!, Lost Boys

Marylee Fairbanks ’88 is a producer on Schmigadoon! which won Tony Awards for Best Musical, Best Original Score, Best Orchestrations, and Best Book on Sunday, June 7.
And Jen Schriever ’02 shared a Tony for Best Lighting Design of a Musical with Michael Arden for their work on The Lost Boys.
Fairbanks is a producer/performer and co-host of the Stages podcast. She was a co-producer of The Outsiders, which won four Tonys in 2024. Fairbanks also performed in the first American company of Ragtime, and sang with the Boston Symphony Orchestra in the 2023 concert version of the show.
Schriever and Arden won Drama Desk and Outer Critics Circle awards for The Lost Boys. Additionally, Schriever was nominated for Tonys for A Strange Loop and Death of a Salesman, and won an Obie Award for Sustained Excellence in Lighting Design.
And Ragtime, which won Best Revival of a Musical, featured Briana Carlson-Goodman ’06 in the ensemble and Krystyna Resavy ’18 as choreography assistant.
