Emerson Praised for Allergy-Friendliness

Emerson was ranked among the top 100 allergy-friendly colleges and universities by Spokin, an app that supports people with food allergies.

The rankings were based on reviews by app users, as well as services and resources such as “allergen-free dining halls and stations, allergen menus, knowledgeable staff, and willingness to make accommodations.”

Coming in at #34, Emerson was praised by a reviewer for offering a dedicated allergen-free station in the Dining Center (which is managed by Bon Appetit), allergy-friendly snack brands at the Max, and housing accommodations for students with severe allergies.
