Facade Work on 216 Tremont Street

Dear Emerson Community,

Please be advised there will be repair work on the facade of 216 Tremont Street (the Union Savings Bank Building), beginning Monday, June 6. The contractor will be setting up overhead protection and using swing staging to perform the work. 

This project will start on the front of the building facing Tremont Street and then proceed to the side of the building along Lagrange Street. The work is expected to be completed by mid-August.
