Iwasaki Library to Offer Scan and Send, Suspend Late Fines
Beginning Monday, March 16, Iwasaki Library will be open to the Emerson community Monday – Friday, 8:45 am – 5:00 pm. Study rooms on the 4th, 5th, and 6th floors will remain open during the hours the Walker Building is open.
Library Services and Collections
Reference chat and Zoom consultation services will be available Monday-Thursday 10:00 am – 7:00 pm, and Sundays, 2:00 – 6:00 pm.

Scan and Send will be available to students beginning Monday, March 23, and will include access to reserves materials. We are working with faculty to provide access to learning materials through Canvas courses, in addition to providing students access to materials for research and learning including reserves.
Library Collections will be available for check out when the library is open.
Returning materials
The library will be open 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, to accept returns. Students who are moving off-campus can return materials in September when they arrive for the Fall semester. If you are not planning to return to campus in the fall, you can mail us returns at Emerson College Library, 120 Boylston St., Boston MA 02116.

Please be aware that Interlibrary Loans need to be returned before you leave campus.
Fines
Overdue fines and recalls are now suspended. Please be aware that if items are not returned in September that you may be charged an item replacement fee.
Reserve items will be needed to help migrate course content online and are not available to be taken home for the semester.
