Associate Professors Lieb and Banks’ Gender Parity Research Published in Flow Journal

The interdisciplinary research and writing collaboration of Associate Professors Kristin Lieb (Marketing Communications) and Miranda Banks (Visual and Media Arts) published in two parts in Flow Journal, an online television journal, this winter. Their co-authored research examines what lessons can be learned from Lifetime’s Broad Focus initiative, which works to establish gender parity in its programming, and recent groundbreaking projects (including Surviving R. Kelly and UnREAL).
