Kelsey Doherty ’14 on Red Sox Victory and Digital Media Manager Role

Kelsey Doherty ’14, a graduate of Emerson’s marketing program, played a significant role documenting the successes of the Boston Red Sox this fall in winning the 2018 MLB World Series as the digital media manager for the Red Sox, overseeing their digital platforms, including social media.

“It’s a tricky industry. I like that it’s new every day,” Doherty shared with The Journal Tribune, her hometown newspaper in Biddeford, Maine. “You never know if you’ll win or lose, and that’s part of what makes it so fun.” Kelsey details her role on the Journal Tribune.
