Weekly Vision is a practical and supportive structure to help you manage your many to dos, priorities and bigger visions, while staying grounded in the present moment and what matters most to you. The process is inspired by various teachings on productivity and creativity, particularly David Allen’s Getting Things Done, woven together with some nervous system regulation/ embodied practices in community. This introduction will leave you with tools that you can continue to adapt and evolve going forward, as a solo practice or to do in community.
The workshop will be led by Tiffany Sankary, an artist who integrates the Feldenkrais Method®, Organic Intelligence®, Authentic Movement and creative process. She’s an Assistant Feldenkrais Trainer and a mentor in Organic Intelligence Trauma Safe™ programs. She’s the creator of Movement and Creativity Podcast and Movement & Creativity Library, an online resource/community curated from somatic teachers around the world, with hundreds of Feldenkrais lessons to do at home, and other courses for physical, emotional and creative growth. She is passionate about expanding our capacity for personal and collective well-being through pleasure, connection and learning in community. Tiffany lives in Boston, MA and is the editor and illustrator of the book Feldenkrais Illustrated: The Art of Learning, a visual guide to the philosophy and writings of Moshe Feldenkrais.
