Mwosa on Filmmaking Inspirations: Daily Campus
Visual and Media Arts assistant professor Thato Mwosa recently visited University of Connecticut in conjunction with their “Diverse Perspectives in Digital Media & Design Speaker Series.”
Mwosa discussed her filmmaking passions, including unearthing the difficulties faced by Black women and girls in Africa and the diaspora, described her creative process and growth as a filmmaker, and screened some of her films.
