Olayiwola ’22 Opens JustBook-ish in Fields Corner: Boston.com

Writing, Literature, & Publishing Assistant Professor and alum Porsha Olayiwola, MFA’22, co-founded a new bookstore, JustBook-ish, opening on Saturday, November 23.

Located in the Fields Corner neighborhood of Dorchester, the business will serve as a creative community gathering space, with a bustling schedule of events. Among the curated collection includes poetry, social justice-themed works, a children’s section, banned books, manga and graphic novels, and more.

In addition to having stories on our shelves, we’re very much interested in community members being able to exchange stories as well. Those stories are just as important to us as the ones in the books.
