Bright Lights Cinema Series Honored by Boston Society of Film Critics

Emerson’s Bright Lights Cinema Series was honored by the Boston Society of Film Critics (BSFC) in its annual awards for repertory cinema and commendations.

Bright Lights received a commendation, and its curator, Anna Feder, specifically got a shoutout.

BSFC championed Bright Lights, mentioned Feder’s leading the series, and for “ten years has been holding free, open-to-the-public screenings of challenging independent films accompanied by penetrating discussions, often with the filmmaker in attendance.”
