Emerson Athletes Earn NEWMAC Academic Accolades

Ten members of the Emerson women’s volleyball team, along with 24 athletes from across other fall sports, were named to the NEWMAC Academic All-Conference teams.

Thirty-four Emerson student-athletes were named to the 2021 NEWMAC (New England Women’s & Men’s Conference) Fall Academic All-Conference teams in women’s soccer, men’s soccer, women’s volleyball, and cross country.

To qualify, honorees must have earned a cumulative GPA of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale or 4.35 on a 5.0 scale after the Spring 2021 semester, be a second-year student, and have been a member of the college’s varsity team for the entire season.
