Coronavirus Update

Dear members of the Emerson community:

Based on new guidance from the Centers for Disease Control, and out of an abundance of caution, the Office of Internationalization and Global Engagement has strongly advised all students and faculty (whether on the Boston, Los Angeles, or Netherlands campuses) against nonessential travel to China and South Korea, as well as countries where there is a sustained community spread of the novel coronavirus known as COVID-19, including Italy, Iran, and Japan. The Office of Internationalization and Global Engagement also advises all students and faculty with travel plans to inform the office of their plans so that they can receive the most up-to-date information about the virus.

The College continues to track the global threat of COVID-19, which is changing rapidly, and remains in close contact with local, regional, and national public health experts. We will continue to communicate with students, faculty, and staff regarding prevention measures for this and any communicable virus. For more information, please visit www.emerson.edu/coronavirus.
