Sidewalk Construction Update

The schedule and the work to be done next week for the Boylston Street sidewalk project is as follows: 

• Monday, 12/16/19: Waterproofing and installing concrete caulking at 114 Boylston Street
• Tuesday, 12/17/19: Setting steel bearing plates at 114 Boylston Street and installing an additional temporary ramp
• Wednesday, 12/18/19: (Day Shift) Complete setting of the steel bearing plates at 114 Boylston Street   
• Wednesday, 12/18/19: (Night Shift) Complete work at the entryway of Bookstore and ECPD
• Thursday, 12/19/19: (Day Shift) Perform structural steel repair work at 80 Boylston Street entryway
• Thursday, 12/19/19: (Night Shift) Construction barriers to move to allow pedestrians to enter onto new concrete areas
• Friday, 12/20/19: Preparing site at 116 Boylston Street for a concrete pour
