MA Attorney General Inauguration Event at Emerson Colonial Wednesday Afternoon

Dear Students, Faculty and Staff,

The inauguration of Massachusetts Attorney General Maura Healey is scheduled to take place on Wednesday, January 16, between 4:00-5:00 pm, at the Emerson Colonial Theatre at 106 Boylston Street. The doors to the theatre will open for the event at 3:30 p.m.

Due to the anticipated number of participants in the 1,200-1,400 range, we expect pedestrian access, traffic, and parking to be impacted.

If you are in this area of campus during this time frame, please be aware that sidewalk traffic will be busier than usual and it will take longer to move about campus. Emerson College Police Department (ECPD) officers will be stationed around the perimeter of the Emerson Colonial Theatre to coordinate traffic and security.
