Photos: New Student Dining Center Exhibits Good Taste

A whole new world of dining, performing, and socializing options are now available to students with the opening of Emerson's new Dining Center this semester. With a seating capacity of 530, the new center, designed by Elkus Manfredi Architects, will offer meals between 7:00 am and 9:00 pm. Center Stage, the center's lower-level dining/performance space, will be open until 2:00 am.

Also new this year, Emerson Café at the new 2 Boylston Place residence hall will be open to the public, and serve Starbucks coffee, baked goods from the Danish Pastry House in Watertown, bagels from Kupel's in Brookline, and sushi from Sushi Sushi in Somerville, in addition to salads, fresh sandwiches, and sides. The café will be largely run and staffed by Emerson students.

Bon appétit!
