Lions Show Pride at Boston Pride Parade

Despite cool, gray weather, dozens of faculty, staff, students, and alumni reprsented Emerson College in Saturday, June 11's Boston Pride Parade, part of Pride Month.

This year, participants handed out fans with the Emerson lion on one side and contact information for the Admission, Human Resources, and Diversity and Inclusion offices.

This year also featured new gray T-shirts, part of organizers' plan to gradually add a rainbow of color to the contingent. 

“We’re hoping that if we keep going and change up the color every year, then eventually, two or three years [from now] there will be multiple colors showing up,” organizer Eric Glaskin said before the event.
