CSD hosts Evidence-Based Colloquium

Students and faculty in Communication Sciences and Disorders gathered for the first annual Evidence-Based Colloquium on Friday, May 8.

Students engaged in round-table discussions focusing on clinically-oriented research questions, and an open forum allowed students and faculty to discuss a range of research efforts throughout the CSD program.

A poster session exhibited student theses and research projects through the FACE Lab for autism research and Lab for Infant and Toddler Language (LI+TLE).  

The event, which saw more than 45 attendees, was organized by Assistant Professor Rhiannon Luyster; and co-sponsored by CSD and the School of Communication

The CSD graduate students who contributed were Sandy Buck, Grace Connolly, Ali Forman, Kristen Holz, Kevin Pasternak and Zoe Pichler, as well as Science Club for Girls intern Leena Chacrone.
