Grossman also cited their support for the Grow Clinic at Boston Medical Center and the Greater Boston Food Bank.

In his acceptance remarks, Cutler talked about his involvement with Emerson College and added, “if you want to talk about transformation, let’s talk about what Emerson College has done to transform the Theatre District under the leadership of President Jackie Liebergott.”

Emerson’s Cutler Majestic Theatre was named in honor of the Cutlers’ generous support of the theater’s restoration. Joan was passionate about networking and raising funds to aid others.
