Alumni to convene at Emerson

Emerson’s campus will come alive this weekend as alumni, friends, and families from around the world reunite at Alumni Weekend 2012. More than 500 people are expected to attend.

Activities include a sunset Boston Harbor cruise, workshops on everything from politics to fashion led by Emerson alumni and faculty, and the 4th Annual WERS Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony. Saturday night features the presentation of the Distinguished Alumni Awards, and a showcase with Emerson students, alumni, and faculty, including performances by Professor Emeritus Ken Crannell ’55 and Noteworthy, Emerson’s longest running a caeppela group. Dinner and dancing at the Ritz-Carlton ballroom will follow the showcase. The weekend wraps up with a remembrance service and emeriti faculty and alumni brunch on Sunday.
