All the world’s a stage—and according to The Princeton Review, Emerson College just earned a standing ovation, ranking #2 in the nation for theater.

The annual Princeton lists were released and Emerson hit the high mark in several categories along with the theater ranking. Emerson ranked second for best college newspaper – The Berkeley Beacon – a training ground for emerging journalists.

Emerson also earned #4 for Best College Radio for WERS 88.9FM, and #6 for its location in downtown Boston. It’s considered the 10th most LGBTQ-friendly institution, according to the publication.

The Princeton Review rankings are based primarily on student surveys. The surveys ask more than 80 questions, covering topics like academics, LGBTQ-friendliness, campus life, political activity, and more. In total, the Review looked at 391 colleges across the country.
