Institute’s Andrade-Watkins’ Talks About Tockwotton Project with Rodriguez ’11: PBS

Rhode Island PBS highlighted Marlboro Institute for Liberal Arts & Interdisciplinary Studies Professor and filmmaker Claire Andrade-Watkins’ work on exploring the Cape Verdean community’s cultural legacy in Rhode Island.

The segment for Generation Rising was hosted by Emerson College alum Anaridis Rodriguez ’11, and focused on Andrade-Watkins’ Tockwotton Project that documents the Sheldon Street Church, the first Cape Verdean Protestant church in America.
