New Emerson College Class Studying Intersection of News and Comedy: WHDH

Headlines and Punchlines, a new Comedic Arts and Journalism class at Emerson College examines how comedy influences politics and elections, was featured on WHDH.

Students in the class are studying how news and comedy intersect, and hopefully provide common ground among people with differing views.

If it opens some people’s eyes to go further and look at news differently and maybe explore the story behind the comedy, let’s look at that aspect.
