Anderson in Tulsa World for Chautauqua Show
Communication Studies Professor Emeritus John Anderson was featured in the Tulsa World for his work in this year’s Tulsa Chautauqua, which ran virtually June 8-12.
Anderson portrayed media scholar Marshall McLuhan during this year’s festival, which was moved online due to the pandemic. This year’s theme, which would have been the cancelled 2020 theme, was “20th Century Visionaries: Catalysts for Change.”
Anderson will portray McLuhan again on Thursday, June 17, 8:00 pm, as part of the Enid Chautauqua. The online performance is free and open to the public.
