Call for Teaching Award Nominations
Dear Students and Faculty,
I am writing to urge you to nominate faculty for our three teaching awards that celebrate dedication, creativity, innovation, and inclusive excellence in the classroom. To make a nomination, go to Spring 2020 Nominations for Outstanding Teaching Awards.
These awards recognize outstanding teaching, an Emersonian value that is central to academic excellence.
Please reflect upon the whole of your academic experience when nominating. We have three campuses – Boston, Los Angeles, and the Castle – with talented faculty who bring a diversity of experiences, backgrounds, identities, and perspectives to their teaching, and we hope to recognize the achievements of the widest spectrum possible.
Your nominations are confidential and will be reviewed by me and the deans, as well as the donors and the student officers of the Gold Key Honor Society. More information about the process is available on emerson.edu.
Nominations will close Friday, February 14.
If you have any difficulties accessing the nomination form, please contact Michael Duggan, the head of Institutional Research, at Michael_Duggan@emerson.edu.
Sincerely,
Michaele Whelan
Provost
