Dear Valued Members of the Emerson College Faculty,
We are writing to invite you to be a part of what has become an Emerson Senior Week tradition. The Senior Class Council, with support from the Office of the Dean of Campus Life, has planned the 13th Annual Faculty Farewell Reception, which will be taking place during the Senior Week Kickoff.
Our hope is to provide faculty and graduating seniors with a meaningful opportunity to connect one last time before having to say goodbye. Faculty members like you made our Emerson experience so meaningful, so it is only felt appropriate to include you in our last week as undergraduates. Every senior is invited to this event. Likewise, we are extending a heartfelt invitation to YOU!
As a way to kick off Senior Week 2019, we’ve planned a special reception where faculty and students from across all academic disciplines will gather together for a toast to the Senior Class, in the Bobbi Brown and Steven Plofker Gymnasium in Piano Row (L3) from 12:00 to 1:15 pm on Monday, May 6.
In order to finalize details for this event, we kindly request confirmation of your plans to attend by Wednesday, May 1. Please RSVP by clicking here if you plan to attend the Faculty Farewell reception. Please be sure to let us know if you have any dietary needs. If you have any questions please contact Steven Martin at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We, along with the rest of the graduating class, look forward to your presence and enthusiasm at what will be a wonderful event. Please feel free to contact us with questions. We hope you can join us!
With extreme gratitude,
2019 Class Council
