Campus Services is excited to introduce three new staff members joining the Emerson community.
Donna Brescia joins Emerson as the Property Manager and Event Specialist. She has over 25 years experience working in the housing and commercial properties sectors. Additionally, she worked at Cornell University as a Facilities and Events Manager. Donna will help oversee our Emerson owned and occupied properties, along with leased properties and rental properties.
Jennifer Rogers is our new Conference and Events Manager. In this role, Jen will focus on the successful planning and operations of conferences and events held at the College, as well as support the maintenance of Card Access. Jen comes to the College with eight years in hospitality management, working in hotel sales with a variety of clients for a wide range of events, and is dedicated to delivering positive results and providing exceptional quality service.
Cathy Liebowitz comes to Emerson College as the new Sustainability Manager, and she is ready to advance our community’s environmental commitment, promoting carbon neutrality and climate resilience. Cathy has spent the last two years managing the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign’s student-led Green Fund. In this role, she supported student leaders as they shaped campus sustainability, oversaw the grant making process for a $1.1 million fund, and partnered with campus stakeholders to advance the Illinois Climate Action Plan.
