A group of students and recent alumni in the Performing Arts Department’s Stage Management program are employed on stage management teams at this month’s Contemporary American Theater Festival (CATF) at Shepherd University in West Virginia.

It is the sixth year Emerson students and alumni have been employed as members of the company, playing integral roles in the rehearsal studio, shops, and theaters. CATF is one of the nation’s premier summer companies.

Students on the stage management team for H20 are Marissa Robinson ’12, Sean Swords ’15, Cate Agis ’16, and Christian Carter ’13. Stage and Production Manager-in-Residence Debra Acquavella was also on the team.

Students on the stage management team for Scott and Hem in the Garden of Allah and Modern Terrorism are Swords, Lindsay Eberly ’12, and Lauren Contard ’13.
