Student Theatre Association – Common Auditions

Join us at Common Auds for the Fall 2022 semester! Come audition for Musical Theatre Society, Rareworks, emShakes, Musical Theatre Against the Grain, Kidding Around, and Inside Joke, multiple of the student theatre orgs on campus!  For more info about what show(s) each org is producing, check their Instagram for a current or upcoming season announcement.
 
Auditions will be taking place on Sept. 10th from 10am to 9pm in the SPC (basement of the Little Building). Callbacks will be held for each production from Monday to Sunday of the next week. If auditioning for musicals, please prepare one 32 bar cut. For plays, please prepare one 60 second monologue. An accompanist will be provided for musical auditions; auditionees are also welcome to provide their own accompaniment track. 
 
Students of all majors are welcome and encouraged to audition! Sign ups will be posted at 5 pm on 9/2; links will be in each org’s bio & on the Facebook event. If you cannot attend in person, self tape submissions will be accepted through the link in bio (available on 9/2) until 9/12 at noon.
