From host Carter Castaneda:”I believe that one of the most important factors to a successful production is being able to collaborate and work as a team. Being able to communicate effectively and efficiently with your team is EVERYTHING. I want to talk about different approaches I have learned to working and communicating with actors in order to make the transition from page to screen as seamless as possible. I want everyone in the crew to be able to find a way to communicate with actors that works for them, expediting the filmmaking process and making for a pleasant on set experience for both cast and crew!”
