The annual SOC Awards Program, held during the final week of the semester, continued the School of Communication’s tradition of recognizing student contributions and achievement. This year, faculty from across the SOC nominated 40 individuals for their efforts among nine award categories.
Students celebrated with friends, family, faculty, and staff at the Shubert Theater
The Fulbright U.S. Student Program allows U.S. students in any academic discipline to study and/or teach in more than 140 countries worldwide.
Scholarship money can be used for flights, passports, visas, and more.
The reception was one event part of Senior Week leading up to commencement.
Students learn the finer points of fighting with fine points from Senior Artist-in-Residence Ted Hewlett.
Winners will be announced at a May 20 ceremony. Among the nominees are more than a dozen Emersonians.
