Dining Team Steps Up During Blizzard

This week’s blizzard brought Boston to a near standstill. But our Bon Appétit team still kept our students fed!

They opened Max Café and the Dining Center, stretched shifts, and filled gaps so students who remained on campus had meals and a place to gather. Glenda Torres (top left), who commutes from Rhode Island, went to extraordinary measures Sunday night to ensure she could report to work on Monday. Johnley Victorin (top right) rotated across three stations in a single shift to keep service moving. Others quietly did the same, adjusting schedules and staying late to keep operations steady.
