Heiland, Engagement Lab in University Business

Vice President and Special Assistant to President Pelton’s Office, Donna Heiland spoke with University Business Magazine about the College’s online game to engage the campus in its strategic plan.

Created in partnership with the Engagement Lab, Emerson UnCommon received more than 8,000 comments from students, faculty, staff, and alumni who participated in the three-week game. The community’s feedback will help inform how the College moves forward with its strategic goals including academic excellence, civic engagement, and globalization.
