A Bailar! Students salsa the night away

Emerson students put on their salsa shoes and danced away the evening of September 23 in the Cabaret of the Little Building for a Latin dancing class titled “A Bailar! Dance with Us!”

The event was hosted by the student organization Amigos, which is dedicated to creating awareness of the Latino community at Emerson and to sharing differences within Latino cultures.

Several students participated in the free Salsa event that will no doubt pay off at the next wedding they attend. The event was also held in recognition of National Hispanic Heritage Month.
