The 13th annual Emerson Film Festival in Los Angeles was highlighted in the Boston Globe on March 2.
The festival showcasing student films, on February 28 at the Harmony Gold Preview House on Sunset Boulevard, was headlined with a question-and-answer session by director James McTeigue (V for Vendetta; Matrix trilogy). Several notable alumni and President Lee Pelton were also in attendance.
The film Graceland Girls by Jordan Salvatoriello ’12, which is a documentary about the education system in Kenya, won the Take Action Hollywood Award.
