Emerson Poetry Project Presents: Katya Zinn!

April 15 @ 8:00 pm - 9:00 pm EDT

Come join Emerson Poetry Project for a Poetry Feature with local poet Katya Zinn on Monday, April 15th @ 8PM in LB 227!
She will be reading from her newest collection Manic-Depressive Pixie Dream Girl, recently published by Game Over Books.
Katya Zinn is a Boston-based performance poet, interdisciplinary teaching artist, and unofficial poet laureate of Chuck E. Cheese. Her work focuses on humanity’s need for art to ignite change, forge connection, and fuel healing. Author of the chapbook human verses (Finishing Line Press, 2021), Manic-depressive Pixie Dream Girl (2022) is her first full-length collection from Game Over Books. You can find Katya online at @/, or by performing a simple conjuring spell at the next full moon.
The Emerson Poetry Project (EPP) is dedicated to building a community of writers who want to share their original work, receive helpful feedback, and improve their craft through the medium of performance poetry. Every voice is important, and EPP provides an open environment in which anyone and everyone is welcome to contribute. We hold weekly meetings consisting of open mics, slams, featured poets, and workshops.
