Spring 2022 Meal Swipe Donation Drive

One in five college students across the United States experience food insecurity and Emerson is not an exception. The Office of Student Success is working to support students on Emerson’s campus who may experience food insecurity by collecting guest meal swipes, which will be given to students in need over the course of the fall semester. Whether affording groceries is a consistent issue a student faces, or if ends don’t meet one month, all students should have access to nutritious food and your donation of one guest meal swipe can help make that happen. 
Find us in the Dining Center and all you’ll have to do is tap your ID card once to donate a single guest meal swipe, leaving you with 9 guest meals for the rest of the semester. Our goal this fall is to collect 500 meals and support as many students as possible!

If you would like to donate your time as well as a guest meal we are looking for volunteers to help collect meal swipes in the dining hall. Whether you can give 30 minutes or 2 hours, your smiling face can help your fellow Emersonians learn about the meal swipe donation program and add to the number of meals collected.
