Emerson Pride: What Matters to Me and Why with Rabbi Andrew Oberstein ’09

June 22 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm EDT

The Center for Spiritual Life is honored to host a special edition of one of their signature programs, “What Matters to Me and Why” in celebration of Pride Month! You are invited to join in to meet and listen to the life journey of Emerson alum, Rabbi Andrew Oberstein ’09.

Rabbi Andrew holds a BFA in Musical Theatre from Emerson and his journey as a professional actor then took him to rabbinical school at Hebrew Union College. He now serves as Assistant Rabbi at Temple Israel here in Boston, where he “is dedicated to a life of pursuing justice and radical inclusion in Jewish spaces across America.”

Moderated by the Rev. Julie Avis-Rogers, director of Relgious and Spiritual Life.
