Bring Creativity and Art to Boston Children’s Hospital
October 8 - October 30
Emerson’s Newman Club, with the help of the Center for Spiritual Life’s Interfaith Council, is taking on a service project this semester to help the patients of Boston Children’s Hospital and we would love for the entire Emerson community to be a part of it.
For a few days leading up to Halloween, we will be sending over different Halloween-themed projects for the patients and families at the hospital. These projects will be activity sheets, pre-recorded performances, and other creative endeavors. We are looking for any Halloween-themed drawings for coloring sheets, crosswords, word searches, spooky stories, performances, or any other creative work you would like to share to send to the patients. We can’t send anything physical over to the hospital right now, but if it can go in an email, we want to see it. Send it to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Most of Boston Children’s Hospital’s patients are immunocompromised and the few things they could do to make life a little more fun are canceled. Emerson students have a unique set of skills that makes us perfectly suited to bringing a little fun to these kids.
