20th Annual Emerson Film Festival

Join us for the 20th Annual Emerson Film Festival, rescheduled from the spring. We have a two-hour program of films made at Emerson that cross genres and themes and come from introductory, intermediate and capstone courses. These films will be available for a 48-hour period starting at 6:00 pm EST on Friday, October 16. We will host a live moderated conversation with the filmmakers on Zoom on Sunday, October 18, at 6:00 pm EST.
Register for the event and you will be sent the Vimeo and Zoom links, as well as the passwords. We will announce the winners of the Marcia Robbins Wilf ’71 Women in Film Award, and there will be an opportunity to vote for an audience award!
Film being screened include Society or Me?: A Creative Interpretation of A Doll’s House, Missing First Period, The Good Get!, If by Life You Were Deceived, Phone Notes to Self, Suntanned Orange, The New Tenant, Lacrimógeno, Hurricane Flora, and The Ghosts We Left at Home.
