On Saturday, June 1, Emerson College honored alumni with its Distinguished Alumni Award and Young Alumni Achievement Award at the school’s Alumni Weekend celebration. The award presentation took place at Emerson’s Paramount Theatre.
On Saturday, June 1, Emerson College’s award–winning radio station WERS 88.9 FM will host its annual Hall of Fame induction ceremony, honoring Emerson alumni who have contributed greatly to the broadcasting industry, including executive producer of the award-winning television series Friends Kevin Bright ’76, communications strategist Dana Hall ’87, the late long-time Boston broadcaster David Maynard ’51, and radio personality Joel Zelle ’72.
